Job Summary:
The Lot Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our inventory. You’ll be responsible for moving, staging, and detailing vehicles, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and park vehicles neatly on the lot for display
• Move vehicles in and out of the service area and customer zones
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, inventory vehicles, and display areas
• Assist with checking in and inspecting new inventory upon arrival
• Keep vehicles fueled, clean, and photo-ready for online listings
• Perform basic detailing tasks (e.g., vacuuming, washing, wiping interiors)
• Support the sales and service teams with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission (preferred)
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models

• Complete accurate documentation and communicate clearly with service writers and sales staff
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
• Stay up to date with the latest tools and repair procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (dealership or independent shop)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with scan tools and general repair equipment
• ASE certification preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
